Nothing But Tires offers Warranty and Shipping terms here in this document if you require further information do not hesitate to call or email our customer service team.

WARRANTY

A thirty day limited warranty is offered for any damaged or defective tires. If an issue is encountered please contact us by email at Sales@Nothingbuttires.com or phone us at 780 454 1300.

DISCRETIONARY REFUNDS

It is at the discretion of the store on whether to offer a refund or not based on the type of damage or defect that is encountered. If the defect or damage is thought to have been done by the installation or use of the tire, a refund will not be given. All defects will have to be shown in writing from a licensed shop.

SHIPPING

Our tires are shipped exclusively through a broker and must be shipped through our preferred shipping companies. All orders placed are generally picked up same day. Shipping can take from 2-7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Details

We can ship direct to door at select locations. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Confirmation of address is imperative otherwise there will be a delay on the delivery date. If an incorrect address has been put in please email us at EdmSales@NothingButTires.com

Shipping Costs

We can ship to select locations throughout Canada for only $80 for all 4 tires (Must be 4 tires) Please call to set this up.

We can ship to select locations throughout Alberta/Bc for FREE. Must be shipped to a depot or within the city limits of our Edmonton and Calgary locations.

All information collected and held by Nothing But Tires is held in the strictest confidence and never transferred, gifted, or sold to any third party.

We never hold onto credit card numbers.
