Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Walk in for tire sales and installations. Mechanical work is by appointment — book online, call, or stop in and we’ll set a time.

Debit, credit, cash, e-transfer, and financing through Financeit.

Cars, light trucks and SUVs, including duallies and cargo vans up to 14 feet. We don’t service heavy-duty vehicles like semis or long-box cargo vans, but we do handle tire changes on RVs and trailers.

Yes — sales and service both. We stock wheels and can order from over 50 brands, including American Racing, Pro Comp, MSA Offroad, Performance Replicas, Victor Equipment, Ruffino Luxury Alloy, Armored Off Road and Armored Syndicate.

Yes, and effectively any brand available. We regularly supply Michelin, Bridgestone, Goodyear, Continental, Pirelli, Yokohama, Hankook, Toyo, Kumho, Falken, BFGoodrich, General, Cooper, Nexen, Uniroyal, Firestone, Nitto, Maxxis, Nokian, Vredestein, Dunlop, Sailun and Laufenn, among others. If you want something we don’t stock, we’ll order it in.

Regularly — we get customers driving in from across Alberta, and from as far as British Columbia and Saskatchewan. If you can’t make the trip, you can order over the phone with e-transfer or straight off our website, and we ship anywhere in Alberta: free to a depot, $15 a tire to your door.

Two things customers tell us. The prices, on good used tires especially, and the shop itself — people comment on how clean it is and how the front end is set up. Our motto is “Doing It Different,” and it’s about the fact that work should be somewhere you actually want to be. Since March 2026 we’ve been a full shop rather than a tire store: tires, wheels, brakes, suspension, windshields, lift and level kits, oil changes, OEM parts replacement, lighting and diagnostics.

About 15 years, owner-operated by Jordan. It started as a store — good used tires and some new, no installations and no service work. In 2026 we moved into a 40,000-square-foot building and began offering full tire and auto service. Our tire technicians are AIT certified.

No on both. We get asked about the franchise thing a lot, which we take as a compliment about how the shop runs, but Nothing But Tires is independent and will stay that way. One location, 15935 118 Ave NW in Edmonton. We’re four months into the new building and have already doubled our lifts and our technicians, and we’re working toward expanding in Edmonton and the surrounding area.
